    About Me

    I currently split my time between in London and Manila working on matching the right capital with social enterprises and inclusive businesses that are improving the lives of people in rural communities. Having been raised in a remote farming community as a child, I am a passionate advocate of sustainable livelihood projects as means to eradicate rural poverty. I also personally invest as an angel in small businesses and start-ups, or take up board advisory roles in larger organisations helping them channel their CSR effectively and become more inclusive.

    I have extensive experience in investment banking and management consultancy and the founder of IISLA ( and co-founder and angel investor to a few start ups in Europe and in the Philippines.

    I provide pro-bono consulting to projects I care about and I am a voluntary advisor to several worthy organisations and pioneering events. Recent projects include the first Philippine Sustainable Gastronomy in partnership with Slow Food Philippines, Worldchefs and PEPTarsus; the first retreat convention to be held in a remote rural setting in the Philippines, International Convention on Higher Consciousness (; and founding trustee of In-Visible (www., UK-registered charity that has school feeding programmes in the Philippines.
